About Nate

Nate Keith developed a love for theater improvisation in high school…to the point that he and his friends would put on impromptu shows during lunch. Immediately after high school, he began performing with Comedy Sportz Provo, where he actually got paid for doing the thing he loved most.  He helped launch several improv groups including 23-Skidoo, Stitches Improv, and LOL Improv at BYU (still going today).  He has been teaching and coaching performance and improv at UAA for seven years where his teams have earned awards from the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Ye Olde Improv Festival, and the Jesterz High School Improv League (champions – 2018).  Nate has worked in collaboration with The Second City in Chicago and Los Angeles, where he has been trained by their world-class staff in methods of musical improv and sketch writing and performance.
